Once I heard this song by The Kingston Trio, "IT" finally all made sense to me....my 'IT'!
For me, I've always loved the idea of making others feel good about who they are, helping them achieve the lifestyle they want and the legacy we all leave behind. Whether I'm designing a home to move families into the next phase of their life, transitioning a home to empower lifestyle changes for a senior or, staging a home to help a Realtor the process of creating ideas that deliver emotional degrees of wellness is the gift to me. I've come to realize that these gifts are not delivered by me but rather delivered through me. And I know that a gift so great is only one that God could create and I'm reminded of this every time I see a happiness on a client's face.
After a more than a decade long career as an advertising executive, commitment to what she truly believes in led Moriah to seek projects and work with clients that have impact at the community level.
Inspired by the resolve of the SME community, Moriah’s successful b2b sales career began at the ground level in 2011, as representative for the Sick Kids Foundation, connecting with businesses door to door to introduce the Miracle Club Program.
Energized by the potential of meeting new people and creating unique experiences to spread positivity, Moriah entered the Corporate Event Industry, where her passion for lifestyle details, and desire to create valuable content to promote local business became the driving force behind the planning of hundreds of events for The eZone a local Family Entertainment Center. Successfully integrating meaningful moments and beauty in every event, earned her an “Emotional Intelligence” badge of honour, which would guide her journey into the world of Real Estate – specifically estate sales where she was blessed with the fulfilling experience of serving the lifestyle needs of Seniors living independently.
Moriah became a certified Real Estate Stager in 2017 and a Residential Transition Specialist in 2021 helping seniors down-size, right-size or transition to independent residential community living homes.
Operating at the community level has always felt like home for Moriah. Volunteering as Meals' On Wheels runner is just one of the ways Moriah remains connected to the community she serves. Giving back to organizations that develop, build and grow opportunities for wind energy is next on her list.
